Simply visit our registration terminal located opposite the reception and sign in by yourself. All you need is your insurance card and your appointment - it's really easy!

Please insert your chip card into the slot indicated by the circle. Ensure that both the chip of your insurance card and the image displayed by you are facing upwards. Our monitor is a touch screen, meaning you can make entries using either the keyboard or directly on the monitor.

We ask you to provide us with your best email address and mobile phone number. With your consent to this procedure, we will use the details especially for appointment reminders and sending documents. Therefore, please ensure your contact information is correct. You can enter the details via the touch screen or the keyboard. If you have questions, we are here to help.
