Your Visit

Our aim is to make you feel comfortable and in good hands. We have a few tips for you to ensure that your visit runs smoothly:

  • Please schedule your preferred appointment online or by phone in advance and let us know why you are coming to see us.
  • If you cannot make your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. If you have booked online, you can easily modify or cancel your appointment, or even get notified automatically about (last-minute) available appointments.
  • Please arrive a little earlier to your appointment, so we can prepare for you and your visit.
  • Please bring your insurance card and all important documents, such as medication plans, findings, reports, or images, especially if you have already been in contact with other colleagues regarding your condition.
  • If you have X-ray, CT, or MRI images, please bring these to us on a CD and also the written report from the radiological colleagues.
  • If you are publicly insured and do not need to submit any documents in advance, you can conveniently register at the express terminal. If you are privately insured or have documents, please register at the reception as usual, so we can prepare your treatment contact with us in advance.
  • If you have any questions, we are more than happy to help. Our goal is for you to feel well cared for and well provided for with us.

Latest information on visits during the Corona pandemic

Our practice is remaining open. Please note the updated opening hours below. Owing to the current situation, we are obliged to make some changes in the organisation of our practice. We kindly ask that you not bring any accompanying persons with you into the practice and to always wear a face mask.

If you have been in a “Corona risk area” classified by the Federal Government in the last 14 days or show symptoms of illness such as coughing, fever, chills, indisposition or a changed sense of taste/odour, please contact us in advance by telephone and do not visit the practice directly.

If you have any questions or would like a consultation, follow-up appointments or similar that do not necessarily require a physical examination, we invite you to have a video consultation. Please take advantage of this offer and contact us by phone to receive further information with your access data.

We will continue to do everything we can to optimise waiting times and provide you with the best possible care. Please continue to visit our official website regularly to keep up to date.

Thank you for your understanding in these turbulent times.
